Are you insured?

Yes we are! We have both General and Liquor Liability Insurance.

What kind of setup do you require at an event site?

We require there to be flat ground for our setup, not on a hill or slanted ground. We require access to an electrical outlet / extension cord.

Also, as we are there to serve you rain or shine, we require there to be a tent or other adequate covering set up for us if your event is outside and rain is in the forecast. This is something for you to coordinate with your rental company / event planner. If we arrive and there is rain but no cover provided, we will leave and you will not receive a refund as our equipment can be damaged to weather.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the amount of your total bill when booking. The other 50% is due 30 days before your event and non-refundable. This is because when you book with us, we have to turn away other clients for that date as well as start purchasing materials required for your event.

Do you offer non-alcoholic options?

Yes we do! We can work with you to create a cocktail menu that tastes and looks as good as all our alcoholic drinks.

Who provides the alcohol?

The host of the event is responsible for the purchasing of alcohol and making sure it is at your event site for us! We are a mobile bartending service and DO NOT provide ANY alcohol, since according to NYS liquor laws we cannot have a liquor license. We will work with you, so that you know exactly what to buy, where to buy, and how much to buy to accurately provide for the amount of guests attending your event! If you choose to buy less than what we recommend, and anything runs out, we are done with serving that drink for the remainder of your event.

Do you card people?

Yes, we have the right to card anyone. We will refuse to serve to anyone under the legal drinking age of 21. We can also refuse service to anyone we see that is visibly intoxicated.

Do you charge / accept gratuity?

We automatically add a 20% gratuity charge to your invoice. We also will place tip sign on our bar area for any guests who would like to tip our bartenders for their hard work!
